Paper Accepted at OSACT5 - The 5th Workshop on Open-Source Arabic Corpora and Processing Tools

We are pleased to announce that the RIGHT lab in colloboration with the College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) at Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) participated in the Qur’an QA 2022 Shared Task on Answering Questions on the Holy Qur’an. The team used latest deep learning techniques such as transformers and transfer learning to tackle the task. The submitted system paper was accepted to the the 5th Workshop on Open-Source Arabic Corpora and Processing Tools (OSACT) co-located with LREC 2022.
